Wilson represents individuals and businesses who have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others. Wilson graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was the valedictorian of his graduating class. In law school, Wilson was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and the Order of the Coif, worked as an academic tutor and peer mentor, and received the Dean’s Medallion. Prior to joining Duffy & Young, Wilson served a two-year term as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David C. Norton on the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Wilson practices civil litigation in the areas of business litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, unfair trade practices, and financial fraud. Outside of work, Wilson volunteers as an intake attorney for Charleston Legal Access, a nonprofit law firm that provides legal services to underserved communities, and serves as a committee chair on the Young Lawyer’s Division of the South Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Charleston County Bar Association. A Charleston native, Wilson lives in West Ashley with his wife, Sarah, and two sons.
