Conservatorship &
Guardianship Actions

Protecting Minors

In South Carolina, a guardian may be granted by the Probate Court to make decisions about personal matters for a minor who can’t make those decisions for themselves. While South Carolina laws do not permit guardians to make decisions regarding money, real estate, or property, a conservator may be appointed to protect financial and property assets. Our experienced lawyers can help maintain guardian and conservator roles and prevent a breach of duties.
