Intentional Interference
With Inheritance

Securing Your Inheritance

When someone has passed, often their estate and assets will be divided amongst trusted friends and loved ones. Such wishes are stated in a will and carried out by a third party. A person who is unhappy with the terms of the will may sometimes try to interfere and prevent the beneficiaries from receiving any allotted inheritance.

At Duffy and Young, we will work to navigate these complex cases and fight to ensure that the last will and testaments are carried out as they were intended.
